多效唑对"延香梨"生长调控及果实品质的浓度效应OA
Effects of Paclobutrazol on Tree Growth and Fruit Quality of'Yanxiang'Pear
以"延香梨"为试材,采用叶面喷施多效唑的方法,研究了不同浓度多效唑处理对"延香梨"树体生长、叶片生理特性及果实品质的影响,以期为"延香梨"高效、优质栽培及多效唑合理施用提供参考依据.结果表明:多效唑对"延香梨"新梢生长具有显著抑制作用,且抑制效应随施用浓度的增加而增强;在500、1 000 mg·L-1处理下,叶片抗氧化酶(SOD、POD、CAT)活性以及叶绿素和可溶性糖含量显著提高,丙二醛(MDA)含量降低,果实单果质量、可溶性固形物和可溶性糖含量增加,可滴定酸含量下降,果实贮藏期延长;而≥1 500 mg·L-1处理则导致叶片抗氧化能力下降,MDA积累加剧,果实品质明显下降.综合来看,多效唑在"延香梨"生产中表现出"低浓度促进、高浓度抑制"的调控效应,其中500~1 000 mg·L-1为适宜施用范围.
Taking'Yanxiang'pear as the experimental material,the effects of foliar application of paclobutrazol at different concentrations on tree growth,leaf physiological characteristics,and fruit quality of'Yanxiang'pear were investigated,with the aim of providing a reference for efficient and high-quality cultivation of'Yanxiang'pear and the rational use of paclobutrazol.The results showed that paclobutrazol significantly inhibited new shoot elongation of'Yanxiang'pear,and the inhibitory effect increased with increasing concentration.Under treatments of 500 and 1 000 mg·L-1,the activities of antioxidant enzymes(SOD,POD and CAT)as well as the contents of chlorophyll and soluble sugars in leaves were significantly increased,while malondialdehyde(MDA)content was reduced.In addition,fruit quality was improved,as reflected by increased single-fruit weight,soluble solids content,and soluble sugar content,decreased titratable acidity,and prolonged storage life.However,treatments of ≥ 1 500 mg·L-1 resulted in decreased antioxidant capacity,increased MDA accumulation,and deterioration of fruit quality.Overall,paclobutrazol exhibited a regulatory pattern of'promotion at low concentrations and inhibition at high concentrations'in'Yanxiang'pear production,with 500-1 000 mg·L-1 being the appropriate application range.
