以'马瑟兰'葡萄为试材,通过设置不同浓度的蔗糖进行喷施的处理方法,研究了喷施不同浓度蔗糖对'马瑟兰'葡萄叶片糖代谢的影响,测定花后5、35、65、90、115 d葡萄叶片的光合参数、叶面积、糖组分以及糖代谢相关酶活性,以期为葡萄生产提供参考依据.结果表明:与对照相比,蔗糖喷施处理后'马瑟兰'葡萄叶片的SPAD值提高,叶面积增长,光合参数在不同时间和浓度有不同变化,碳水化合物含量及蔗糖代谢酶活性增加.与CK相比,花后5 d叶片SPAD值、Pn和Tr在T2处理下分别上升了 19.67%、85.63%以及69.51%;同时段叶片中的蔗糖合成酶(SS)、中性转化酶(NI)在T3处理下分别提升了80.94%、386.01%.T3处理下的叶面积在花后115 d较CK显著增长了 39.60%.在花后35 d,T2处理下的葡萄叶片可溶性糖较对照显著增加103.33%.综上,喷施外源蔗糖促进'马瑟兰'葡萄叶片糖代谢的进行,试验结果表明T2(0.17 mol·L-1)处理的蔗糖对葡萄叶片的糖代谢效果最显著.

Taking'Marselan'grape as the test material,the effects of spraying different concentrations of sucrose on the sugar metabolism of'Marselan'grape leaves were studied by setting different concentrations of sucrose for spraying,the photosynthetic parameters,leaf area,sugar components and sugar metabolism related enzyme activities of grape leaves at 5 days,35 days,65 days,90 days and 115 days after flowering were determined,in order to provide reference for grape production.The results showed that compared with the control,the SPAD value of the leaves of'Marselan'grape leaves increased,the leaf area increased,the photosynthetic parameters changed at different times and concentrations,and the carbohydrate content and sucrose metabolizing enzyme activities increased after sucrose spraying.Compared with CK,the SPAD value,Pn and Tr of leaves increased by 19.67%,85.63%and 69.51%,respectively,under T2 treatment 5 days after anthesis.At the same time,the sucrose synthase(SS)and neutral invertase(NI)in leaves increased by 80.94%and 386.01%,respectively,under T3 treatment.The leaf area under T3 treatment increased by 39.60%compared with CK at 115 days after flowering.On the 35th day after anthesis,the soluble sugar of glucose leaves under T2 treatment was significantly increased by 103.33%compared with the control.In conclusion,the spraying of exogenous sugar sucrose promoted the glucose metabolism of'Marselan'grape leaves,and the experimental results showed that T2(0.17 mol·L-1)treatment was the most beneficial to the glucose metabolism of grape leaves.
