外施植物生长调节剂对蓝莓果实膨大的影响OA

Effects of Externally Applied Plant Growth Regulators on Blueberry Fruit Enlargement

以'天后'蓝莓为试材,在盛花期后15 d分别用75 mg·L-1的GA3、5 mg·L-1的氯吡脲(CPPU)、30 mg·L-1的NAA对蓝莓果实进行喷施处理,研究了各处理对果实大小、显微结构及内源激素的影响,以期为蓝莓生产中合理使用植物生长调节剂提供参考依据.结果表明:3种处理均具有促进蓝莓果实膨大的作用,在处理后40 d,GA3、CPPU和NAA处理果实的横径比对照分别提高6.43%、11.39%和5.36%,纵径比对照分别提高5.00%、7.98%和6.79%,单果质量比对照分别提高21.60%、35.80%和20.37%.显微结构观察发现,各处理均不同程度地促进了细胞面积的增大和果皮组织的增厚.在内源激素方面,GA3和CPPU在施用后7 d,果实内源GA3含量比对照分别提高了 122.9%和406.6%;在处理后22 d,果实内源IAA含量比对照分别降低了 26.76%和40.22%.NAA处理果实的内源ABA含量在处理后22、37 d和40 d比对照分别增加了 188.6%、17.8%和16.7%,内源IAA含量在处理后22 d比对照降低了 12.57%.适宜浓度的GA3、NAA及CPPU处理能够有效促进蓝莓果实膨大,各处理中5 mg·L-1 CPPU的效果最好.施用植物生长调节剂促进蓝莓果实膨大与其促进果实细胞体积增大,以及调控内源激素间紧密相关.

Taking'Primadonna'blueberry as the experimental material,fifteen days after full bloom,blueberry fruits were sprayed with 75 mg·L-1 GA3,5 mg·L-1 CPPU and 30 mg·L-1 NAA,respectively.The effects of plant growth regulator treatments on the fruit size,microstructure,and endogenous hormones of'Primadonna'blueberry were investigated,in order to provide reference for the rational use of plant growth regulators in blueberry production.The results showed that all three plant growth regulator treatments promoted blueberry fruit enlargement.At 40 days after treatment,compared to the control,the transverse diameters of fruits in the GA3,CPPU and NAA treatment groups increased by 6.43%,11.39%and 5.36%,respectively;longitudinal diameters increased by 5.00%,7.98%and 6.79%,respectively;and single fruit weights increased by 21.60%,35.80%and 20.37%,respectively.Microscopic structure observation revealed that all treatments,to varying degrees,promoted an increase in the cell cross-sectional area of the outer mesocarp,middle mesocarp,and inner mesocarp,as well as a thickening of the pericarp tissue.In terms of endogenous hormones,at 7 days after treatment,the endogenous GA3 content in fruits treated with GA3 and CPPU was 122.9%and 406.6%higher than the control,respectively.At 22 days after treatment,the endogenous IAA content in fruits was 26.76%and 40.22%lower than the control,respectively.The endogenous ABA content in NAA-treated fruits at 22,37 days and 40 days after treatment was 188.6%,17.8%and 16.7%higher than the control,respectively,and the endogenous IAA content at 22 days after treatment was 12.57%lower than the control.Appropriate concentrations of GA3,NAA and CPPU could effectively promote blueberry fruit enlargement,and among these treatments,5 mg·L-1 CPPU showed the best effect.The effect of applying plant growth regulators to promote blueberry fruit enlargement was closely related to their promotion of fruit cell volume increase and the regulation of endogenous hormones.
