以甜瓜优良品种"羊角蜜"为试材,在幼苗长至三叶一心时对幼苗进行淹水胁迫处理,淹水3 d后喷施不同浓度的2,4-表油菜素内酯(EBR)(0、0.1、0.2、0.4、0.6、0.8 mg·L-1),测定分析甜瓜幼苗的表型指标和生理指标,研究了 EBR对淹水胁迫下甜瓜幼苗生长的影响,以期为解决甜瓜生产中遇到的淹水胁迫和涝渍害问题提供参考依据.结果表明:在淹水胁迫下,甜瓜幼苗的表型性状和生理指标均受到显著影响.0.4 mg·L-1的EBR处理下,甜瓜幼苗的根长和干质量显著增加,过氧化物酶(POD)活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和可溶性蛋白质含量显著上升,丙二醛(MDA)含量和脯氨酸含量显著降低.综合分析表明,0.4 mg·L-1的EBR处理能更有效缓解淹水胁迫对甜瓜幼苗生长的抑制作用.

Taking the excellent variety of melon'Yangguomimi'as the experimental material,the seedlings were subjected to flooding stress treatment when they reached three leaves and one heart stage.After 3 days of flooding,different concentrations of 2,4-dichlorophenoxypropionic acid(EBR)(0,0.1,0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8 mg·L-1)were sprayed.The phenotypic and physiological indicators of the melon seedlings were measured and analyzed to study the effect of EBR on the growth of melon seedlings under flooding stress,in order to provide reference for solving the problems such as flooding stress and flooding damage encountered in melon production.The results showed that under flooding stress,the phenotypic traits and physiological indicators of the melon seedlings were significantly affected.The EBR treatment at 0.4 mg·L-1 significantly increased the root length and dry weight of the seedlings.It also led to a significant increase in the activities of peroxidase(POD)and superoxide dismutase(SOD),as well as an increase in soluble protein content,while the levels of malondialdehyde(MDA)and proline significantly decreased.The comprehensive analysis indicated that the 0.4 mg·L-1 EBR treatment could more effectively alleviate the inhibitory effect of flooding stress on the growth of melon seedlings.
