Effect of Lead Stress on Seed Germination of Different Varieties of Chinese Cabbage

以27个常见小白菜品种为试验材料,采用2 mmol/L Pb2+水溶液处理种子并开展萌发试验,测定发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、胚芽长、胚根长等指标,综合分析铅胁迫下种子的萌发特性,旨在筛选耐铅性强的小白菜品种.结果表明,抗热605 耐铅性相对较弱,而原种黑大头耐铅性则较强.

Twenty-seven common Chinese cabbage varieties were used as experimental materials.The seeds were treated with 2 mmol/L Pb2+aqueous solution and subjected to germination tests.Indicators such as germination energy,germination percentage,germination index,vigor index,embryo length and radicle length were measured to comprehensively analyze the seed germination characteristics under lead stress,ai-ming to screen Chinese cabbage varieties with strong lead tolerance.The results showed that the lead tolerance of Rekang 605 was relatively weak,while that of Yuanzhong Heidadou was relatively strong.
