[目的]探究不同浓度营养液滴干对"火焰无核"葡萄生长发育和果实品质的影响,为葡萄田间施肥管理提供参考.[方法]采用输液滴干技术,于果实膨大期使用3种浓度营养液处理,并对葡萄枝条、叶片和果实等生长发育各项指标进行测定.[结果]3 种浓度的营养液均能提高葡萄枝条的生长速度和茎粗,其中高浓度(处理③)的效果最好,但与中浓度(处理①)相比差异不大.低浓度和中浓度营养液(处理①和②)对葡萄叶片叶绿素含量无显著影响,而高浓度营养液(处理③)则显著提高了叶绿素含量.在果实生长发育方面,3种处理对果实横径均有明显的促进作用,对果实纵径的促进作用不明显,其中处理①的促进作用最好.在果实品质方面,3 种处理对果实硬度无明显影响,但高浓度处理(处理③)降低了果实含糖量,提高了果实酸度,而中、低浓度处理(处理①和②)则有效提高了果实含糖量,降低了果实酸度,其中处理①的果实糖酸比显著高于其他处理.[结论]营养液滴干处理能显著促进"火焰无核"葡萄枝条的生长和提升果实品质,但不同时期所需营养液浓度存在差异.该研究为生产中果树输液滴干的营养液浓度选择提供参考.

[Objective]To study the effects of trunk transfusion of different concentrations of nutrient solution on the growth and fruit quality of Vitis vinifera L.cv."Flame Seedless",and to provide a reference for the management of field fertilization of grapevine.[Method]Using the trunk transfusion technique,three concentrations of nutrients were applied to the grapevines during the period of fruit expansion,and various indicators of growth and development of grapevine branches,leaves,and fruits were measured.[Result]All three concentrations of nutrients increased the growth rate and stem thickness of grapevine branches,with the high concentration(treatment ③)being the most effective,but not significantly different from the medium concentration(treatment ①).The low and medium nutrient concentrations(treatments ① and ②)had no significant effect on the chlorophyll content of grapevine leaves,while the high concentration(treatment ③)significantly increased the chlorophyll content.In terms of fruit growth and development,the three treatments had obvious promotion effects on the growth of fruit trans-verse diameter,and the promotion effects on fruit longitudinal diameter were not obvious,of which the promotion effect of treatment ① was the best.In terms of fruit quality,the three treatments had no obvious effect on fruit hardness,but the high-concentration treatment(treatment③)reduced the sugar content and increased the acidity of the fruit,while the medium and low-concentration treatments(treatments ① and②)effectively increased the sugar content and reduced the acidity of the fruit,in which the sugar-acid ratio of the fruit of treatment ① was significantly higher than that of the other treatments.[Conclusion]Nutrient trunk infusion treatment can significantly promote the growth of V.vinifera L.cv."Flame Seedless"branches and improve the quality of fruit,but the concentration of nutrients required by the grapevine varies at different periods.The results of this study provide a reference for the selection of nutrient solution concentration for trunk infusion of fruit trees in production.
