系统综述了昆虫谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(GSTs)的多态性、结构特征、酶促反应机制及其在昆虫生理生化活动中的调控作用,介绍了昆虫GSTs在害虫抗药性机制中的作用,并探讨其作为农药靶点的潜力.此外,还从GST抑制剂开发、基因编辑技术应用、综合害虫管理策略制定及生态友好型控制方法开发4个维度,阐述GSTs在害虫防治中的应用前景.最后,展望未来研究的方向,旨在为创新害虫治理策略提供科学依据和技术支持.

This article presents a comprehensive review of the polymorphism,structural characteristics,enzymatic reaction mechanism,and regulatory roles of insect glutathione S-transferases(GSTs)in the physiological and biochemical activities of insects.The paper provides a de-tailed account of the involvement of insect GSTs in mechanisms related to pest resistance to pesticides and explores their potential as targets for pesticide action.Furthermore,it discusses the prospects for utilizing GSTs in pest management strategies including the development of GST in-hibitors,application of gene editing technology,formulation of integrated pest management strategies,and development of eco-friendly control methods.Finally,the paper proposes future research directions aimed at providing scientific evidence and technical support for innovative pest control strategies.
