企业如何跨区域获得高技能人才OA
How Enterprises can Acquire Highly Skilled Talents Across Regions
企业跨区域获得高技能人才对于其发展至关重要,然而单一空间产教融合很难满足这种跨区域获得高技能人才的需求,这使得多元空间产教融合应运而生.从场域理论视域出发,选择多元空间产教融合真实案例,利用质性研究方法,经过数据收集和文本分析后完成相关研究内容.研究发现,企业跨区域获得高技能人才的行动限制,是多元空间产教融合的发展缘起;多元空间产教融合的发展推进,是基于企业跨区域获得高技能人才的行动合作;多元空间产教融合的发展持续,是基于企业跨区域获得高技能人才的行动保障.因此,企业跨区域发展的内在张力是多元空间产教融合形成的重要原因,信任传递与模式复制构成了多元空间产教融合发展的核心机制,动态的质量共识与融合管理则是其稳定持续的关键所在.
The acquisition of highly skilled talent across regions is crucial for corporate development.However,single-space industry-education integration struggles to meet this demand for cross-regional talent acquisition,giving rise to multi-space industry-education integration.From the perspective of field theory,this study selects real-world cases of multi-space industry-education integration and employs qualitative research methods.Through data collection and textual analysis,it forms relevant research findings.The study reveals that the operational constraints of enterprises in acquiring highly skilled talent across regions serve as the developmental origin of multi-space industry-education integration;the advancement of this integration is driven by collaborative efforts in cross-regional talent acquisition;and its sustained development relies on the operational safeguards of such talent acquisition.Consequently,the inherent tension in cross-regional corporate development is a key factor in the formation of multi-space industry-education integration.Trust transfer and model replication constitute the core mechanisms of its development,while dynamic quality consensus and integration management are essential for its stability and continuity.
