我国职业教育产教融合中的企业感知与优化策略OA
Enterprises Perceptions and Optimization Strategies of Vocational Education Industry-education Integration in China
企业是职业教育产教融合的重要主体,在职业教育高质量发展中扮演着重要角色.基于2024年全国3811家企业参与职业教育产教融合情况的调查数据,分析企业在参与产教融合过程中的真实感知和核心诉求.调查结果显示,企业参与产教融合意愿较强,但在合作内容与模式创新方面仍有较大探索空间;绝大多数企业能够从产教融合中获益,近半数企业希望政府能进一步强化资金支持与政策保障;企业高度关注职业院校学生的实践能力和自主学习能力.基于此,建议积极拓展产教融合的广度和深度,健全产教融合制度保障体系,着力强化学生实践能力和学习能力培养.
Enterprises serve as a crucial participant in the industry-education integration of vocational education and play a pivotal role in the high-quality development of vocational education.Based on the survey data from 3811 enterprises across China in 2024 concerning industry-education integration,this study provides a comprehensive analysis of enterprises'experiences and demands in vocational education participation.The survey indicates that enterprises demonstrate a relatively strong willingness to participate in industry-education integration,yet there remains a need for diversified exploration of cooperation contents and models.Most enterprises have achieved significant gains through industry-education integration,nearly half of them hope the government will further strengthen financial support and policy guarantees,and enterprises place high importance on vocational school students'practical skills and learning abilities.It is recommended to actively expand the breadth and depth of industry-education integration,improve the institutional support system for industry-education integration,and focus on strengthening the cultivation of students'practical skills and learning abilities.
