In the mixed-ownership operation of vocational colleges,the role of enterprise mentors is of vital importance.They are not only skill instructors and career development guides but also serve as bridges for school-enterprise collaboration.During the process of running vocational colleges,they possess multiple rights,including the right to participate in teaching,the right to receive remuneration,the right to career development,and intellectual property rights.However,at present,the safeguarding of enterprise mentors'rights is inadequate,and they face numerous restrictions in areas such as identity definition,rights and interests protection,and transactional mechanisms.The root causes of these issues lie in the imperfection of relevant legal policies,the immaturity of school-enterprise collaboration mechanisms,and the lagging management philosophies of schools.To address these challenges,measures can be taken,such as improving relevant laws and regulations and formulating specialized management measures;refining school-enterprise collaboration agreements and establishing supervision mechanisms for school-enterprise collaboration;transforming school management philosophies and optimizing school management systems.These steps will safeguard the rights of enterprise mentors,stimulate enterprises'enthusiasm for participating in the diversified operation of vocational education,and promote the healthy development of the mixed-ownership operation of vocational colleges.
