教育评价改革背景下职教高考改革的探索与实践OA

Under the background of educational evaluation reform,the vocational education college entrance examination,as a core institutional design reflecting the defining features of vocational education,holds strategic significance for constructing a modern vocational education system.Taking the reform of the independent entrance examination for higher vocational colleges in Shanghai as a case,this research reviews its three-phase historical progression from 2005 to the present:groundbreaking exploration,innovative development,and mature deepening.It distills key experiences,including the construction of a three-dimensional"demand-ability-individuality"admission framework,the establishment of a closed-loop examination design based on"standards-quality-collaboration"and the development of an intelligent ecosystem for"management-resources-services".The study identifies current challenges in the reform,such as high operational costs,imbalanced resources allocation,and the lack of a multi-stakeholder collaboration mechanism.Guided by systems thinking and the orientation of vocational education as a distinct type,future reforms should focus on the precise alignment of examination content,methods,and admission criteria,optimize resource allocation across the entire"enrollment-training-employment"chain,and establish a collaborative governance framework involving the government,institutions,enterprises,families,and other stakeholders.This will provide institutional safeguards for selecting technical and skilled talents,thereby facilitating the high-quality development of vocational education and contributing to the goal of building a powerful education country.
