Model Evolution,Practical Logic and Promotion Strategies of Long-cycle Talent Cultivation in Vocational Education
职业教育长学制是高技能人才培养与区域经济发展精准联通的有效桥梁,其发展历经"衔接—贯通—一体化"的演进历程.在区域一体化战略深入推进的背景下,该模式以解决区域内教育、产业、人才的空间错配为逻辑起点,以对接区域经济功能为创新方向,逐步弱化组织边界,强化知识创新引领、专业群与产业群协同等功能向度,体现出以区域为单元的系统化重构特征.通过治理协同、资源整合与制度创新,职业教育长学制推动了"内涵融合、要素整合"的一体化育人体系构建.基于此,职业教育长学制人才培养应完善政策支持体系,夯实长学制一体化的制度基石;建强一体化教师团队,筑牢长学制人才培养的核心支柱;构建"精益化"评价体系,健全人才培养动态适应性的关键机制.
The long-cycle vocational education serves as an effective bridge for precisely connecting highly skilled talents cultivation with regional economic development,undergoing an evolutionary process of"articulation—integration—unification".Against the backdrop of the in-depth implementation of regional integration strategies,this model takes addressing the spatial mismatch among education,industry,and talent within the region as its logical starting point and aligning with regional economic functions as its innovation direction.It gradually weakens organizational boundaries,strengthens functional dimensions such as knowledge innovation leadership and the synergy between professional clusters and industrial clusters,reflecting the characteristics of systematic reconfiguration at the regional level.Through governance coordination,resources integration,and institutional innovation,long-cycle vocational education has facilitated the construction of an integrated talent cultivation system characterized by"connotative fusion and elemental integration".Based on this,talent cultivation in long-cycle vocational education should improve the policy support system to consolidate the institutional foundation for long-cycle integration;build a strong integrated faculty team to solidify the core pillar of long-cycle talent cultivation;and establish a"lean"evaluation system to enhance the key mechanism for the dynamic adaptability of talent cultivation.
