Research on cost of fully prefabricated elevated stations for medium-capacity straddle-type monorail transit
文章以中运量跨座式单轨全装配式高架车站为对象,论证其成本控制可行性,选取典型车站,在原半装配式方案基础上提出轻量化全装配式设计,通过Revit建模与施工图预算,对比造价差异并分析成本构成与关键因素.结果表明,全装配式车站单位造价较半装配式可节省4%.结合标准化、规模化与数智化的综合成本优化,总成本可再降低15%~20%.
The article focuses on medium-capacity straddle-type monorail fully prefabricated elevated stations,demonstrating the feasibility of their cost control.Typical stations are selected,and based on the original semi-prefabricated scheme,a lightweight fully prefabricated design is proposed.Through Revit modeling and construction drawing budgeting,cost differences are compared,and the composition and key factors of costs are analyzed.The results show that the unit cost of fully prefabricated stations can save about 4%compared with semi-prefabricated ones.By combining comprehensive cost optimization through standardization,scaling,and digital intelligence,the total cost can be further reduced by 15%~20%.
