针对道路交通事故多发点位的治理与风险防控难题,基于交通事故特征,文章提出一种模块化多模式分级预警方案.针对不同场景下的风险共性特征,融合风险智能识别与声音、文字、灯光等多模式预警手段,构建分级预警策略智能系统,结合模块化设计实现不同道路场景的快速部署.实车测试表明,该方案可以显著提升路面交通参与者的注意力和警觉性,有效降低高风险路段的事故发生率,为路面安全隐患治理与通行管控提供一种兼具智能响应、多场景适配性与低成本特性的管控模式,对提升公安交通管理部门路面风险管控水平具有应用价值.

To address the challenges of managing high-incident traffic accident locations and risk prevention,this article proposes a modular,multi-modal,hierarchical early warning scheme based on traffic accident characteristics.For the common risk features in different scenarios,it integrates intelligent risk identification with multi-modal warning methods such as sound,text,and lights to build an intelligent system for hierarchical warnings.Combined with a modular design,this allows for rapid deployment in different road scenarios.Real-vehicle tests show that this scheme can significantly enhance the attention and alertness of road users,effectively reduce the accident rate in high-risk areas,and provide a management model that combines intelligent response,multi-scenario adaptability,and low cost for the governance of road safety hazards and traffic control,offering practical value for improving the road risk management capabilities of public traffic authorities.
