Adaptive slope filtering and DEM construction of point cloud based on terrain features
为提高复杂地形下点云滤波与数字高程模型(DEM)构建的精度与效率,文章提出一种基于地形特征的自适应坡度滤波算法.该方法依据地形坡度特征动态调整格网尺寸与坡度阈值,实现机载点云中地面点与非地面点的有效分离,并利用滤波后点云构建DEM及等高线等地形产品.实验结果表明,该算法滤波精度达92.7%,所构建DEM的高程中误差为0.061 m,能够满足实际工程应用的精度需求,验证了其在复杂山区地形中的有效性与可靠性.
To improve the accuracy and efficiency of point cloud filtering and digital elevation model(DEM)construction in complex terrains,this paper proposes an adaptive slope filtering algorithm based on terrain features.This method dynamically adjusts grid size and slope thresholds according to terrain slope characteristics,achieving effective separation of ground and non-ground points in airborne point clouds,and uses the filtered point cloud to construct DEMs and contour maps.Experimental results show that the filtering accuracy of the algorithm reaches 92.7%,and the root mean square error of the constructed DEM elevation is 0.061 m,meeting the accuracy requirements for practical engineering applications,which validates its effectiveness and reliability in complex mountainous terrains.
