在"双碳"背景下,建筑行业低碳转型亟需智能化赋能.文章以建筑全生命周期为主线,系统探讨了策划设计、材料生产、施工建造、运营维护与拆除报废各阶段中,数字孪生、物联网、人工智能、大数据与云计算等技术的融合应用.智能化手段不仅提升了建筑能效与碳排放管理水平,也促进了资源循环与绿色建造,推动行业从单一减排向全周期智能决策转变.研究为建筑领域实现绿色低碳与智能升级提供参考.

Under the background of'dual carbon',the low-carbon transformation of the construction industry urgently needs intelligent empowerment.This article takes the whole life cycle of the building as the main line,and systematically discusses the integrated application of technologies such as digital twins,the Internet of Things,artificial intelligence,big data,and cloud computing in the planning and design,material production,construction,operation and maintenance,and demolition and scrapping.Intelligent means not only improve the energy efficiency and carbon emission management level of buildings,but also promote resource recycling and green construction,and promote the industry from single emission reduction to whole-cycle intelligent decision-making.The research provides a reference for the realization of green,low-carbon and intelligent upgrades in the construction field.
