探究了北京地区不同苹果品种对苹果早期落叶病的抗性情况,为苹果品种抗性分类提供参考;同时鉴定了致病真菌种类.对北京地区具有一定栽培规模的 21 个苹果品种的苹果早期落叶病发生情况进行了田间调查,统计病情指数,根据病情指数分类:美味对苹果斑点落叶病抗性程度最高,信浓金最低;瑞雪、瑞香红对苹果炭疽叶枯病抗性较高,平贺津轻抗性最低.根据柯赫氏法则(Koch's postulates)对病叶进行生物学观察,对分离到的真菌进行纯化培养,通过测序及比对、回接及再次分离验证,确定致病真菌种类:链格孢属和炭疽菌属为苹果早期落叶病的致病真菌.

The resistance of different apple cultivars in the Beijing area to early deciduous disease of apples was explored,providing a reference for the classification of apple variety resistance,and at the same time,the pathogenic fungal species were identified.A field survey was conducted on the incidence of early deciduous disease of apples in 21 apple cultivars with a certain cultivation scale in the Beijing area,and the disease index was statistically analyzed.According to the disease index classification:'Ambrosia'has the highest resistance to apple blotch leaf fall disease,and'Shinano Gold'has the lowest;'Ruixue'and'Ruixianghong'have the highest resistance to apple anthracnose leaf blight,and'Hirakaga Tsugaru'has the lowest resistance.According to Koch's postulates,biological observations were made on diseased leaves,and the isolated fungi were purified and cultured.Through sequencing and comparison,inoculation and re-isolation verification,the pathogenic fungal species were determined:Alternariaand Colletotrichumwere the pathogenic fungi of early deciduous disease of apples.
