为了明确50 g/L双丙环虫酯对枸杞蚜虫的防治效果及对异色瓢虫的安全性,为轮换施用农药降低枸杞蚜虫的抗药性和减少其对异色瓢虫的影响提供理论依据.以5%吡虫啉和5%阿维菌素作为对照药剂,在田间测定了 3种药剂对枸杞蚜虫的防治效果和对异色瓢虫幼虫的影响.结果表明:药后1d,50 g/L双丙环虫酯可分散液剂5 000倍液和10 000倍液处理的防效与5%吡虫啉乳油1 500倍液和5%阿维菌素乳油7 500倍液处理相当;药后10d,双丙环虫酯3个剂量间防效相当,但均显著高于吡虫啉和阿维菌素处理.50 g/L双丙环虫酯可分散液剂10 000、15 000倍液和5%吡虫啉乳油1 500倍液3个处理对异色瓢虫幼虫校正虫口减退率与空白对照无显著差异,均有较高的安全性,且安全性高于50 g/L双丙环虫酯可分散液剂5 000倍液和5%阿维菌素乳油7 500倍液.双丙环虫酯对蚜虫表现出很好的速效性和持效性,整体防效最好;吡虫啉速效性好,可应用于蚜虫的暴发期;阿维菌素持效期较长,可应用于蚜虫的发生初期;双丙环虫酯在枸杞蚜虫的初发期和暴发期都可使用.应依据异色瓢虫的发育阶段,在枸杞萌芽至初花期喷施对异色瓢虫成虫、卵安全性较高的阿维菌素或高剂量的双丙环虫酯,在盛花期至果实采摘期喷施对异色瓢虫幼虫毒性较低的吡虫啉或中、低剂量的双丙环虫酯,并要注意药剂的交替轮换使用.

To determine the control efficacy of 50 g/L afidopyropen to Aphis gossypii Glover and its safer for Harmonia axyridis,and to provide a theoretical basis for rotating pesticides to reduce the drug resistance of Aphis gossypii Glover and its impact on Harmonia axyridis.Using 5%imidacloprid and 5%abamectin as control agents,the control efficacy of the three agents on Aphis gossypii Glover and their toxic effects on the larvae of Harmonia axyridis were determined in the field.The results showed that,on the first day after spraying,there was no significant difference in the control efficacy between the 50 g/L afidopyropen DC at 5,000 times and 10,000 times,5%imidacloprid EC at 1,500 times,and 5%abamectin EC at 7,500 times.On the 10th day after spraying,there was no significant difference in the control efficacy between the three doses of 50 g/L afidopyropen DC,but all of them was significantly higher than the treatment of imidacloprid and abamectin.There was no significant difference in the corrected population reduction rate of Harmonia axyridis larvae between the 50 g/L afidopyropen DC at 10,000 times and 15,000 times,and 5%imidacloprid EC at 1,500 times,and the blank control.They all showed a high level of safety towards the Harmonia axyridis,and their safety was higher than that of 50 g/L afidopyropen DC at 5,000 times and 5%abamectin EC at 7,500 times.The control efficacy of the afidopyropen on Aphis gossypii Glover was the best,it showed excellent rapid and lasting efficacy.Imidacloprid can be used during the aphid outbreak period because it has good quick-acting characteristics.Abamectin can be used in the early stage of aphid occurrence because it has long-lasting effect.Afidopyropen can be used in both periods.According to the developmental stage of Harmonia axyridis,apply high doses of afidopyropen or avermectins from the budding to the early flowering stage of wolfberry,which are relatively safe for the adult and eggs of the Harmonia axyridis,apply low doses of imidacloprid or medium to low-dose afidopyropen from the full flowering stage to the fruit picking stage,which have lower toxicity to the of the Harmonia axyridis larvae.And pay attention to the alternating and rotational use of the pesticides.
