Cognition and Protection of Traditional Knowledge in Tea-related Agricultural Cultural Heritage

以江西浮梁茶文化系统为例,通过文献分析、实地调研及问卷调查等方法,系统梳理浮梁茶文化系统的历史脉络、生态特征、社会经济价值及传统知识体系,并评估青少年群体的文化认知与传承意愿.结果表明,浮梁茶文化系统以唐代茶贸易为起点,融合独特生态环境与多元传统技艺,形成涵盖种植、加工、民俗及生态智慧的综合性遗产体系.问卷调查显示,当地84%的青少年知晓浮梁茶,但对其生产工艺、历史文化等深层知识了解不足;68%的学生认可其文化重要性,但校园内相关传承活动匮乏,仅有少数学生参与过茶文化实践.研究进一步揭示当前茶类农业文化遗产传统知识面临的挑战,对推动传统知识的可持续利用及文化认同构建具有借鉴意义.

Taking the Fuliang Tea Culture System of Jiangxi Province as a case study,this research systematically ex-amined its historical evolution,ecological characteristics,socio-economic values and traditional knowledge systems through literature analysis,field surveys and questionnaire investigations.It also assessed the cultural awareness and inheritance willingness of adolescents.The results indicate that the Fuliang Tea Culture System,originating from the tea trade in the Tang Dynasty,integrates unique ecological environments with diverse traditional tech-niques,forming a comprehensive heritage system encompassing cultivation,processing,folk customs and ecologi-cal wisdom.Questionnaire surveys reveal that 84%of local adolescents are aware of Fuliang tea,many have an in-sufficient understanding of its production techniques,historical culture and other in-depth knowledge.Although 68%of students recognize its cultural significance,relevant inheritance activities on campus remain scarce,with on-ly a minority having participated in tea culture practices.The study further unveiled challenges faced by traditional knowledge in tea-related agricultural heritage systems,and provided recommendations for promoting the sustain-able utilization of traditional knowledge and the development of cultural identity.
