10个茶树品种(系)在绍兴地区的机采适宜性试验OA
An Experiment on the Suitability of 10 Tea Cultivars(Lines)for Mechanical Harvesting in Shaoxing Rigion
为明确适宜机采的茶树品种及关键影响因素,研究针对绍兴市农业科学研究院茶叶试验基地中10个茶树品种(系),在2023-2025年连续3年春季系统测定其物候期、机采前蓬面发芽密度及芽叶组成、新梢芽叶形态、机采鲜叶产量及机采芽叶组成测定等指标并进行系统分析.结果表明:茶树品种CT2007-0001机采新梢完整率与产量最高,为机采最适宜品系(种).关键指标相关性分析进一步揭示,发芽密度与产量呈现强正相关,是影响产量最关键的因素.一芽三叶新梢基梗长度与新梢完整率呈现强正相关,一芽三叶新梢长度、一芽三叶最下节间长度与新梢完整率呈中等正相关,一芽二叶新梢基梗长度也与新梢完整率呈中等正相关,一芽二叶、一芽三叶最下叶着生角度与新梢完整率呈一定的负相关.试验结果可为名优茶机采品种的选育提供参考,推动茶叶产业全产业链机械化发展.
To identify tea cultivars suitable for mechanical harvesting and the key influencing factors,this study sys-tematically determined and analyzed relevant indicators for 10 tea cultivars(lines)at the tea experimental base of Shaoxing Academy of Agricultural Sciences Over three consecutive spring seasons from 2023 to 2025.The mea-sured indicators included phenological periods,shoot density and composition before mechanical harvesting,mor-phological characteristics of new shoots,yield of mechanically harvested fresh leaves,and composition of harvest-ed shoots.The results indicate that the tea line CT2007-0001 exhibited the highest shoot integrity rate and yield,making it the most suitable cultivar(line)for mechanical harvesting.Correlation analysis of key indicators further reveals a significant and positive correlation between shoot density and yield,which is the most critical factor affect-ing yield.The length of the basal stem of the three-leaf-and-a-bud shoots showed a strong positive correlation with shoot integrity rate,while the length of the three-leaf-and-a-bud shoot and the length of the lowest internode of the three-leaf-and-a-bud shoot exhibited moderate positive correlations with shoot integrity rate.The length of the basal stem of the two-leaf-and-a-bud shoot also demonstrated a moderate positive correlation with shoot integrity rate.By contrast,the leaf insertion angles of the lowest leaves on two-leaf-and-a-bud and three-leaf-and-a-bud shoots showed slight negative correlations with shoot integrity rate.The findings of this study provided valuable insights for breeding tea cultivars suitable for high-quality mechanical harvesting,thereby promoting the comprehensive mechanization of the tea industry.
