茶氨酸对中枢神经系统多层级调控作用的研究进展OA
Research Progress on the Multilevel Regulatory Effects of L-Theanine on the Central Nervous System
茶氨酸(L-theanine)是茶叶中特有的氨基酸,具有良好的生物安全性和血脑屏障通透性.近年来,茶氨酸在中枢神经系统调控领域受到广泛关注,其研究已由单一神经保护效应逐步拓展至神经退行性疾病干预及情绪与行为调节等多个层级.现有研究表明,茶氨酸在阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病等神经退行性疾病模型中可通过调节神经递质稳态、抑制氧化应激与神经炎症、改善线粒体功能、促进突触可塑性及调控自噬过程等多途径发挥神经干预作用;同时,在睡眠改善、抗焦虑与抗抑郁等方面表现出显著的神经调节效应,其机制涉及谷氨酸-GABA平衡、单胺类递质调控、HPA轴抑制及肠-脑轴调节等多通路协同.文章系统综述了茶氨酸的理化性质、体内代谢特征及其在神经退行性疾病干预与神经调节中的研究进展,重点从神经递质调控、氧化应激与炎症反应、线粒体功能、突触可塑性及肠-脑轴等层面对其作用机制进行了整合分析,并对当前研究存在的不足与未来发展方向进行了展望.
L-Theanine is a unique amino acid abundant in tea leaves,it is characterized by its high biosafety and fa-vorable blood-brain barrier permeability.In recent years,research on L-theanine has expanded from its simple neu-roprotective effects to its multilevel regulatory roles in the intervention of neurodegenerative diseases and the modu-lation of emotions and behavior.Accumulating evidences indicate that L-theanine exerts beneficial effects in Al-zheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease models through multiple mechanisms,including regulation of neurotrans-mitter homeostasis,suppression of oxidative stress and neuroinflammation,improvement of mitochondrial function,enhancement of synaptic plasticity,and modulation of autophagy.In addition,L-theanine exhibits significant regula-tory effects on sleep quality,anxiety and depression,which are associated with glutamate-GABA balance,monoami-nergic neurotransmission,inhibition of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis,and gut-brain axis modulation.This review systematically summarized the physicochemical properties,metabolic characteristics,and recent research progress of L-theanine in neurodegenerative disease intervention and neuroregulatory functions.The underlying mechanisms were comprehensively analyzed from the perspectives of neurotransmitter regulation,oxidative stress and inflammation,mitochondrial function,synaptic plasticity,and gut-brain axis interactions.Furthermore,current limitations and future research directions were discussed.
