JAK抑制剂治疗大疱性表皮松解症2例并文献复习OA

Objective Currently,there is a lack of effective oral medication for epidermolysis bullosa(EB).This article reports cases of EB patients treated with JAK inhibitors in the Department of Dermatology,Wuhan No.1 Hospital,and summarizes clinical experience based on a review of the literature.Methods Clin-ical data and follow-up results of EB patients treated with JAK inhibitors in our hospital were retrospectively col-lected.A systematic search of domestic and international literature was conducted,and relevant studies were screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria.Data from the literature and our cases were combined for comparative analysis.Results Two EB patients treated with JAK inhibitors in the Department of Dermatology,Wuhan No.1 Hospital,showed significant improvement in skin lesions and pruritus.The literature search iden-tified seven reports involving 18 EB patients treated with JAK inhibitors.In the combined analysis of 20 patients(including our two cases),19 achieved varying degrees of disease remission,including one with complete re-mission and 18 with partial remission.Conclusion JAK inhibitors can rapidly control EB symptoms and allevi-ate pruritus,with no serious adverse events reported to date.
