对于制冷量较大的空气处理机组,在过渡季节会经常出现一些问题,如低压报警、压缩机回油、蒸发器结霜等,关于大焓差直接蒸发式空气处理机组控制方面的研究成果较少.本文以某工程项目机组运行的情况为例,针对大焓差螺杆压缩机直接蒸发式空气处理机组工程使用过程中出现的低压报警、压缩机油位报警问题原因进行分析,对其控制逻辑进行研究和优化,并在工程项目上进行了验证和应用,大大提高了机组运行的可靠性、稳定性.现场运行验证结果表明:本文所述提供的控制与控制逻辑优化是合理的,满足大焓差空调机组在过渡季节运行需求.

For air handling unit with large cooling capacity,some problems often occur during transitional seasons,such as low-pressure alarms,compressor oil return,evaporator frosting,etc.There are limited research achievements regarding the control of direct evaporative air handling units with large enthalpy differences.Taking the operational conditions of a project unit as an example,this paper analyzes the causes of low-pressure alarms and compressor oil level alarms encountered during the engineering application of large enthalpy difference screw compressor direct evaporative air handling units.It investigates and optimizes their control logic,which has been verified and implemented in engineering projects,significantly enhancing the operational reliability and stability of the air handling units.On-site operational validation results demonstrate that the control strategies and logic optimization proposed in this study are reasonable and meet the operational requirements of large enthalpy difference air conditioning units during transitional seasons.
