某型冷却装置改型设计和试验分析OA
Design and Experimental Analysis on a Modified Cooling Device
基于某型冷却装置需要改进升级,本文首先对冷却装置升级前后的技术参数在制冷剂差异和换热性能等方面进行了比较分析,然后对压缩机选型、换热器分析计算、原理流程和元器件选型等方面进行了分析计算,并提出相应的升级改进措施.升级前后对冷却装置进行性能测试,测试结果表明:改进后冷却装置实测制冷量为101.98 kW,满足制冷量不小于100 kW的技术要求,并且在改进前后两者的实测制冷量相差不到1%的情况下,后者的能效比EER比前者低5.6%,后者的排气压力和吸气压力分别比前者高7.6%和2.3%.
Based on the need for improvement and upgrading of a certain type of cooling device,this paper first compares and analyzes the technical parameters of the cooling device before and after the upgrade in terms of refrigerant difference and heat exchange performance,and then analyzes and calculates the compressor selection,heat exchanger analysis and calculation,principle flow and component selection,and proposes corresponding upgrading and improvement measures.The performance test of the cooling device before and after the upgrade shows that the measured cooling capacity of the improved cooling device is 101.98 kW,which meets the technical requirements of the cooling capacity of not less than 100 kW,and the energy efficiency of the latter is 5.6%lower than the EER of the former when the difference between the measured cooling capacity of the two before and after the improvement is less than 1%,and the exhaust pressure and suction pressure of the latter are 7.6%and 2.3%higher than the former respectively.
