目前围绕固体蓄热电暖器的研究都是基于镁砖、镁铁砖为蓄热材料而展开的,本文以硅铝砖为蓄热材料对固体蓄热电暖器蓄放热性能进行测试以及在建筑中使用效果展开研究,结果表明硅铝砖蓄热阶段温升速度随温度升高逐渐放缓,表面和出风口格栅温度分布不均匀,蓄热体为硅铝砖的蓄热电暖器可以达到性能等级C级,测试期间日均耗电量相对较低,最后对蓄热电暖器未来研究方向进行展望.

At present,research on solid thermal storage electric heaters is based on magnesium bricks and magnesium iron bricks as thermal storage materials.This article tests the thermal storage and heat release performance of solid thermal storage electric heaters using silicon aluminum bricks as thermal storage materials,as well as the effectiveness of their use in buildings.The results show that the temperature rise rate of silicon aluminum bricks during the thermal storage stage gradually slows down with increasing temperature,and the temperature distribution on the surface and air outlet grille is uneven.Thermal storage electric heaters with silicon aluminum bricks as the thermal storage body can achieve performance level C,and the daily electricity consumption during the testing period is relatively low.Finally,the future research direction of thermal storage electric heaters is discussed.
