本篇双吸离心泵水力模型优化阐述了双吸泵的水力设计及结构特点,其中简要介绍了本人在统计基础上对绘制叶轮轴面投影图的一种改进方案,其思路是先确定中间流线,再反过来确定泵的前、后盖板,此方法能确保得到平直或或光滑的F-L曲线.水力设计主要依照关醒凡教授的《现代泵设计手册》,结构设计主要参考现有产品和优秀模型.在设计过程中,运用了CAD、Pro/E等设计软件.
This graduation about double-suction centrifugal pumps(S800-M19)describes the hydraulic design of double-suction pumps and its characteristics of structure as well as my improvement program on the drawing of the shaft plane projection with the statistical basis.My plan is to confirm the intermediate flow line firstly and in turn,confirm the front and rear cover,which contributes to the drawing of straight or smooth F-L curve.Professor Guan's Modern Pump Design Manual is the reference of hydraulic design and the products and excellent models are the instruction of structure.Such kinds of designing software as CAD and Pro/E are used in the process.
