保留全肺的右侧气管节段性切除及二级隆突重建术治疗气管肿瘤1例OA

Pulmonary parenchyma-sparing tracheal segmental resection with secondary carinal reconstruction represents a rare and technically demanding procedure,performed exclusively at select high-volume centers for a limited number of patients with tracheal tumors.This retrospective analysis examines the case of a tracheal tumor patient treated with right tracheal segmentectomy and secondary carina reconstruction at the Affiliated Wuxi People's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University.Meanwhile,by integrating previously reported domestic and international cases of this procedure,we evaluate its safety,summarize clinical characteristics,and aim to provide evidence for future application of this technique.
