Research progress and future prospects of artificial intelligence in the imaging diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis
结核病仍是全球重大公共卫生挑战,随着AI技术的快速发展,AI已在医学领域被广泛应用,例如可应用于X线检查、CT、MRI等影像检查,帮助临床结核病的早期筛查、快速诊断、精准诊断,同时也可用于结核分枝杆菌耐药性预测及流行病学防控等.本文系统总结AI技术在结核病影像学诊断中的广泛应用,并对未来发展提出展望.
Tuberculosis is a major global public health challenge.With the rapid development and widespread application of artificial intelligence(AI)technology,AI has been commonly used in the medical field.For example,AI can be used in X-ray,CT,and MRI,for early screening,rapid diagnosis,and accurate diagnosis of clinical tuberculosis.Additionally,AI can be employed for predicting Mycobacterium tuberculosis drug resistance and supporting epidemiological prevention and control.This article systematically reviews the extensive application of AI technology in the imaging diagnosis of tuberculosis and outlines future development prospects.
