原发性头痛是一种全球广泛存在的常见疾病,影响全球约52%的人口,对患者的生活质量和社会发展造成了沉重负担.根据国际头痛协会的分类,原发性头痛主要包括偏头痛、紧张型头痛以及丛集性头痛等类型.中医学认为头痛与外感因素和内伤病变密切相关.研究表明,中西医结合的治疗方法在减少发作频率和缩短病程等方面具有显著优势.本共识重点总结原发性头痛中西医结合的诊断与治疗方案,旨在为临床医生提供科学指导,推动原发性头痛的诊疗过程更加标准化和规范化.
Primary headache is a common global health issue,affecting approximately 52%of the global population and imposing a substantial burden on patients'quality of life and societal development.According to the International Headache Society(IHS)classification,primary headaches predominantly include migraine,tension-type headache,cluster headache and other Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)attributes headache to both external pathogenic factors and internal pathological conditions.Research indicates that therapeutic approaches integrating TCM and western medicine demonstrate significant advantages in enhancing clinical efficacy,reducing the frequency of attacks,and shortening the disease course.This consensus focuses on elucidating diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for primary headaches that integrate both TCM and western medicine,aiming to provide scientific guidance for clinicians and to foster greater standardization and normalization in the management process of primary headaches.
