多元社会支持对易地扶贫搬迁区青少年抑郁的影响异质性OA

Objective To analyze the heterogeneity of the impact of multifaceted social support on depression among adoles-cents in resettlement areas for poverty alleviation.Methods Based on data of questionnaire survey on middle school and primary school students in ST County,Shaanxi Province.The OLS regression model was used to analyze the heterogeneity of the impact of multifaceted social support on depression among adolescents.Results The overall depression level among adolescents in resettle-ment areas for poverty alleviation was relatively low.The family support was very strong,school support was relatively strong,and community support was moderately strong.Family members' care and parents' relationship had significantly inhibitory impacts on adolescents' depression.The teacher-student relationship also had significantly inhibitory impacts on adolescents' depression,followed by classmate relationship.Sense of community safety had a significantly inhibitory effect on adolescents' depression,while community familiarity and residents relationship had no significant impacts.The impact of multifaceted social supports on ad-olescents' depression exhibited heterogeneity across gender,grade,boarding status,and resettlement.Family support had a grea-ter impact on male students,while school support and community support had a greater impact on female students.Family sup-port,school support and community support had greater impacts on primary school students,day students and non-resettled students.Conclusion The inhibitory impacts of different types of social supports on depression among adolescents in resettlement areas for poverty alleviation are heterogeneous.Multifaceted social supports need to be strengthened for different groups of adoles-cents to reduce depression and improve health.
