医疗人工智能赋能健康治理:内在机理、伦理困境及其应对策略OA

The rise of medical artificial intelligence has driven profound changes in the health governance system.Medical artificial intelligence empowers health governance through mechanisms such as data-driven,process optimization,and paradigm advancement.However,its application has led to ethical dilemmas such as the dissolution of algorithmic bias and health fairness,the aggregation of data privacy and information security risks,the ambiguity of responsible entities and the absence of accountabili-ty mechanisms,as well as the decline of patient subjectivity and the digital alienation of interpersonal relationships.Based on which,it is urgent to build a comprehensive framework integrating the resolution of algorithmic biases,strengthening data govern-ance,improving accountability mechanisms,and reconstructing doctor-patient relationships,so as to effectively harness the tech-nological dividend while ensure the fairness,goodness,and sustainable development of health governance.
