目的:建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)准确,快速测定芝麻油中芝麻素含量的方法.方法:采用XSelect CSH C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm);流动相为甲醇-水(体积比 80∶20,V∶V);流速0.8 mL/min;检测波长287 nm;柱温35℃;进样量10 μL.结果:芝麻素的线性回归方程为Y=0.000 08X-1.437 9(Y为峰面积,X为浓度,μg/mL),相关系数R2=0.995 1;线性范围为4.987 008 μg/mL~149.702 4 μg/mL;加样回收率试验显示,平均回收率为101.03%,方法精密度良好.结论:此方法操作简便,灵敏度高,重复性好,能准确测定芝麻油中芝麻素的含量,适用于芝麻油质量控制及相关分析.

[Objective]To establish a high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for accurate and rapid determination of sesamin content in sesame oil.[Method]The analysis was performed using an XSelect CSH C18 chromatographic column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(volume ratio 80:20,V:V).at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min.The detection wavelength was set at 287 nm,the column temperature was maintained at 35 ℃,and the injection volume was 10 μL.[Result]The linear regression equation for sesamin was Y=0.000 08X-1.437 9(Y:peak area;X:concentration,μg/mL),with a correlation coefficient(R²=0.995 1).The linear range was 4.987 008 μg/mL to 149.702 4 μg/mL.The spike recovery test showed an average recovery rate of 101.03%,indicating good method precision.[Conclusion]This method is simple to operate,highly sensitive,and exhibits good repeatability.It can accurately determine the sesamin content in sesame oil,making it suitable for quality control and related analyses of sesame oil.
