Against the backdrop of rural revitalization,the feed industry,as a crucial link connecting agricultural production and livestock breeding,is undergoing a rapid transformation from traditional extensive operation to intelligent and collaborative logistics.This transformation is of great significance for enhancing agricultural production efficiency and invigorating economic development vitality.This paper systematically analyzes the evolution mechanism of intelligent logistics in the feed industry based on the production,transportation,warehousing,and distribution links of the feed supply chain.In light of the current practical difficulties,it conducts in-depth research on the construction path,aiming to build a sustainable intelligent logistics ecosystem,to ensure the security of the supply chain and actively promote the high-quality development of the feed industry.
