试验旨在探究胍基乙酸对育肥肉羊生长性能、血清免疫和肉品质的影响.试验将 3 月龄健康湖羊公羔 72只羊随机分为 4 组(6 个重复×3 头),对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组(GA4、GA8、GA16)饲喂基础日粮+4、8 和 16 g/kg GA的试验日粮,预饲期 7 d,正试 105 d.结果表明,与CON组相比,GA16 组肉羊末重显著提高 4.37%(P<0.05),GA8和GA16 组日增重显著提高 4.10%和 9.26%(P<0.05),料重比显著降低 3.25%和 7.08%(P<0.05).GA16 组TP、LZM含量显著提高(P<0.05),GA8 和GA16 组球蛋白(GLB)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)含量显著提高(P<0.05),GA4~GA16 组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量显著降低(P<0.05).GA8 和GA16 组GR值、滴水损失、剪切力显著降低(P<0.05),大理石花纹评分、pH 24 h显著提高(P<0.05),GA16组眼肌面积、红度显著提高(P<0.05).结论:胍基乙酸能增强肉羊免疫、改善肉质,并有效促进增重,综合各项检测指标,建议添加量为 16 g/kg.

To investigate the effects of Guanidinoacetic acid(GA)on growth performance,serum immunity,and meat quality in fattening sheep.72 healthy 3-month-old male Hu lambs were randomly divided into 4 groups(6 replicates×3 lambs per group).The control group was fed a basic diet,while the experimental groups(GA4,GA8,GA16)were fed a basic diet supplemented with 4,8,and 16 g/kg GA,respectively.The pre-trial lasted for 7 days,and the main trial lasted for 105 days.Results:Compared to the CON group,the final weight of sheep in the GA16 group was significantly increased by 4.37%(P<0.05),and the daily weight gain in the GA8 and GA16 groups was significantly increased by 4.10%and 9.26%,respectively(P<0.05).The feed-to-gain ratio was significantly decreased by 3.25%and 7.08%,respectively(P<0.05).The contents of TP and LZM in the GA16 group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the contents of GLB,IgG,and IFN-γ in the GA8 and GA16 groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).The content of IL-6 in the GA4-GA16 groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The GR value,drip loss,and shear force in the GA8 and GA16 groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the marbling score and pH24h were significantly increased(P<0.05).The eye muscle area and redness in the GA16 group were significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guanidine acetic can enhance immunity and improve meat quality in sheep,and effectively promote weight gain.Based on various detection indicators,it is recommended to add GA at a concentration of 16 g/kg.
