桑黄提取物对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及血清生化指标的影响OA
Phellinus linteus extract in diets of late-phase laying hens:impacts on performance,egg quality,and serum biochemistry
文章旨在确定桑黄提取物在产蛋后期蛋鸡日粮中的适宜添加水平.将 480 羽 65 周龄的健康海兰褐蛋鸡随机分为 4 组(每组 6 个重复×20 羽).除对照组(CON)外,3 个试验组(T1,T2,T3)分别在基础日粮中添加 100、200、400 mg/kg的桑黄提取物(以桑黄多糖计).试验包含 1 周预饲期与 8 周正试期.结果显示:与对照组相比,1)生产性能:T2 组产蛋率显著提高 3.20%(P<0.05),料蛋比显著降低 4.76%(P<0.05);T2、T3 组平均蛋重分别显著提高 1.67%和 2.60%(P<0.05).2)蛋品质:T2 组蛋黄颜色显著加深、哈氏单位显著提高(P<0.05),且数值优于CON、T1 组;各试验组蛋壳强度与厚度呈上升趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05).3)血清生化指标:各试验组总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均显著提高(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著下降(P<0.05),其中,T2 组改善幅度最均衡;T2 组血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)含量显著降低(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量显著升高(P<0.05).综上所述,日粮添加桑黄提取物可改善产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能,提高蛋品质,增强抗氧化能力并优化血脂代谢,以 200 mg/kg添加水平的综合效果最佳.
This study aimed to assess the impact of graded levels of Phellinus linteus extract(PLE)in the diet on the health and productive performance of late-phase laying hens.Four hundred and eighty 65-week-old Hy-Line Brown laying hens were randomly assigned to 4 groups(6 replicates×20 hens each).The control group(CON)received a basal diet.The experimental diets for groups T1,T2,and T3 were formulated by supplementing the basal diet with 100,200,and 400 mg/kg PLE(polysaccharide-based),respectively.The trial included a 1-week adaptation period followed by an 8-week formal trial.The results showed that:1)Production Performance:The T2 group showed a significant increase in laying rate by 3.20%and a significant decrease in the feed-to-egg ratio by 4.76%(P<0.05).Moreover,the average egg weight was significantly increased by 1.67%and 2.60%in the T2 and T3 groups,respectively(P<0.05).2)Egg Quality:The yolk color and Haugh unit of T2 group were significantly improved(P<0.05),with values superior to CON and T1 groups;eggshell strength and thickness of all experimental groups showed an increasing trend without significant difference(P>0.05).3)Serum Biochemical Indices:In all experimental groups,serum T-AOC and SOD activity rose significantly,whereas MDA content declined significantly(P<0.05),with the T2 group presenting the most optimal profile.Specifically,the T2 group demonstrated a significant decline in serum TC and TG concentrations and a significant increase in HDL-C(P<0.05).An optimal supplementation level of 200 mg/kg PLE was identified,as it elicited significant improvements in key areas including production performance,egg quality,antioxidant status,and the serum lipid profile of laying hens during the late-phase production cycle.
