The effects of glycyrrhizic acid on growth performance,serum biochemical indices,and intestinal inflammatory factors in fattening pigs
文章旨在研究甘草酸对育肥猪生长性能、血清生化指标和肠道炎症因子的影响.试验将 384 头DLY育肥猪(78.40±3.63 kg)随机分为 4 组(12 个重复×8 头),各组分别饲喂基础日粮+0、120、240 和 480 mg/kg GA的试验日粮,预饲期 3 d,正试期 48 d.结果表明,480 mg/kg GA组末重显著高于 0 和 120 mg/kg GA组(P<0.05),480 mg/kg GA组日增重显著高于0~240 mg/kg GA组(P<0.05),料重比显著低于0~240 mg/kg GA组(P<0.05),240 和 480 mg/kg GA组采食量显著高于 0 和 120 mg/kg GA组(P<0.05).240 和 480 mg/kg GA组TP含量显著高于0 和 120 mg/kg GA组(P<0.05),尿素氮(BUN)、甘油三酯(TG)、二胺氧化酶(DAO)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性显著低于0 和 120 mg/kg GA组(P<0.05),120~480 mg/kg GA组总胆固醇(TC)含量显著低于 0 mg/kg GA组(P<0.05),480 mg/kg GA组D-乳酸(D-LA)含量显著低于 0~240 mg/kg GA组(P<0.05).480 mg/kg GA组免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量显著低于 0~240 mg/kg GA组(P<0.05),IL-10 含量显著高于 0~240 mg/kg GA组(P<0.05),240和 480 mg/kg GA组分泌型免疫球蛋白A(SIgA)含量显著高于 0 和 120 mg/kg GA组(P<0.05),肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量显著低于 0 和 120 mg/kg GA组(P<0.05),120~480 mg/kg GA组白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)含量显著低于 0 mg/kg GA组(P<0.05).结论:GA具有缓解肠道炎症反应,提高蛋白质代谢效率和促增重作用,建议添加量为 480 mg/kg.
To investigate the effects of glycyrrhizic acid(GA)on growth performance,serum biochemical parameters,and intestinal inflammatory factors in fattening pigs.384 DLY fattening pigs(78.40±3.63 kg)were randomly divided into four groups(12 replicates×8 pigs),and each group was fed a basal diet supplemented with 0,120,240,and 480 mg/kg GA,respectively.Pre-trial for 3 days,and the main trial for 48 days.Results:The FBW of the 480 mg/kg GA group was significantly higher than that of the 0 and 120 mg/kg GA groups(P<0.05).The ADG of the 480 mg/kg GA group was significantly higher than that of the 0~240 mg/kg GA groups(P<0.05),and the F/G was significantly lower than that of the 0~240 mg/kg GA groups(P<0.05).The ADFI of the 240 and 480 mg/kg GA groups was significantly higher than that of the 0 and 120 mg/kg GA groups(P<0.05).The TP content of the 240 and 480 mg/kg GA groups was significantly higher than that of the 0 and 120 mg/kg GA groups(P<0.05),BUN,TG,DAO,and ALT activities were significantly lower than those of the 0 and 120 mg/kg GA groups(P<0.05).The TC content of the 120~480 mg/kg GA groups was significantly lower than that of the 0 mg/kg GA group(P<0.05),and the D-LA content of the 480 mg/kg GA group was significantly lower than that of the 0~240 mg/kg GA groups(P<0.05).The IgA content of the 480 mg/kg GA group was significantly lower than that of the 0~240 mg/kg GA groups(P<0.05),while the IL-10 content was significantly higher than that of the 0~240 mg/kg GA groups(P<0.05).The SIgA content of the 240 and 480 mg/kg GA groups was significantly higher than that of the 0 and 120 mg/kg GA groups(P<0.05),and the TNF-α content was significantly lower than that of the 0 and 120 mg/kg GA groups(P<0.05).The IL-1β content of the 120~480 mg/kg GA groups was significantly lower than that of the 0 mg/kg GA group(P<0.05).Conclusion:GA has the effects of alleviating intestinal inflammatory response,improving protein metabolic efficiency,and promoting weight gain.The recommended addition level is 480 mg/kg.
