维生素C在动物脂质代谢中的多维调控作用研究进展OA
Research progress on the multidimensional regulatory effects of vitamin C in animal lipid metabolism
脂质代谢对动物健康和养殖效益具有重要意义.维生素C作为一种重要的水溶性抗氧化维生素,在动物脂质代谢调控中发挥着多重作用.研究表明,维生素C能够清除自由基、降低丙二醛含量,减轻机体脂质过氧化损伤,并提高抗氧化酶活性,从而维持机体氧化还原稳态;同时,它还可以调节脂肪酸氧化、胆固醇转化等关键代谢过程,并影响脂质代谢相关基因的表达,以及cAMP相关信号通路中酶活性的变化.在畜禽养殖中,维生素C可缓解断奶和热应激对脂质代谢的不利影响,改善生长性能,并减轻肝脏脂质沉积;在水产动物中,则有助于维持脂质代谢平衡,促进生长和免疫功能.然而,维生素C的应用效果受多种因素影响,未来仍需进一步深入研究,以期为养殖业提供更加精准的指导.
Lipid metabolism plays an important role in animal health and production efficiency.As an essential water-soluble antioxidant vitamin,vitamin C exerts multiple regulatory effects on lipid metabolism in animals.Studies have shown that vitamin C can scavenge free radicals,reduce malondialdehyde content,alleviate lipid peroxidation damage,and enhance antioxidant enzyme activities,thereby maintaining redox homeostasis.Meanwhile,vitamin C can regulate key metabolic processes such as fatty acid oxidation and cholesterol conversion,and modulate the expression of lipid metabolism-related genes,as well as changes in the enzymatic activity of cAMP-associated signaling pathways.In livestock and poultry production,vitamin C can alleviate the adverse effects of weaning and heat stress on lipid metabolism,improve growth performance,and reduce hepatic lipid deposition.In aquatic animals,vitamin C contributes to the maintenance of lipid metabolic balance and promotes growth and immune function.However,the application effects of vitamin C are influenced by multiple factors,and further studies are still required to provide more precise guidance for animal production.
