海水养殖贝类的粮食安全贡献评估OA
Contribution Assessment of Food Security in Marine Aquaculture of Shellfish
大食物观背景下,海水养殖贝类对增加优质蛋白供给、保障粮食安全、助力健康中国等具有重要意义,从能量和蛋白质2个方面评估分析海水养殖贝类对粮食安全的贡献,并结合产业分析其阻力和提升路径.结果表明,2023年中国海水养殖贝类能量贡献18.66万亿kJ,相当于131.75万t小麦的能量贡献,大致为22.79万hm2小麦播种面积产能;蛋白贡献68.63万t,相当于6 305.48万头生猪的蛋白贡献,约为1 055.91万t玉米(产量的3.66%)饲料和1 616.50万hm2玉米播种面积的产出,相当于2023年我国玉米种植面积最大省份黑龙江省(645.17万hm2)的2.51倍.随着贝类产品供给与需求的双扩大,海水养殖贝类粮食安全贡献增势明晰,可助力粮食安全保障和对冲肉类市场风险.研究结果为推进海水贝类养殖高质量发展、提升其粮食安全贡献水平提供依据.
Under the context of the new development stage and the all-encompassing approach to food,marine aquaculture of shellfish holds significant practical value in enhancing high-quality protein supply,ensuring food security and promoting the healthy China initiative.The contribution of marine aquaculture of shellfish to food security from the perspective of energy and protein was evaluated.Combining industrial analysis,constraints affecting the food security contributions and analyzes improvement paths were identified.The results showed that,China's marine aquaculture of shellfish contributed 18.66 trillion kJ of energy in 2023,equivalent to the energy output of 131.75×104 t of wheat,corresponding to the production capacity from 22.79×104 hm2 of wheat-sown area.The protein contribution reached 68.63×104 t,comparable to the protein output from 6 305.48×104 pigs,requiring 1 055.91×104 t of corn feed(3.66%of national corn production)cultivated on 1 616.50×104 hm2 of corn-sown area.This was equivalent to 2.51 time the corn-sown area of Heilongjiang province(645.17×104 hm2),which had the largest corn cultivation area in China in 2023.With the coordinated expansion in both supply and demand of shellfish products,China's marine aquaculture of shellfish exhibited a clear upward trend in food security contributions,which could help ensure food security and mitigate market shocks caused by meat supply disruptions.Above results provided a basis for promoting high-quality development of marine aquaculture of shellfish and enhancing its food security contribution level.
