为解决排施粉状生物炭时易出现架空、无法有效排出等问题,设计错排叶轮式排肥器.通过构建排肥器充肥和排肥过程的力学模型确定影响排肥量的主要因素,利用离散元法(discrete element method,EDEM)对排肥过程进行仿真,以排肥量为评价指标,以凹槽数目、有效工作长度和转速为影响因素,进行3因素3水平Box-Behnken试验.结果表明,试验因素对排肥量的影响表现为转速>凹槽数目>有效工作长度,转速对排肥量有极显著影响,凹槽数目对排肥量有显著影响;最佳结构参数组合为凹槽数目7、有效工作长度50 mm、转速62 r·min-1,在此组合下排肥量为 33.132 g·s-1.为检验结构参数对错排叶轮式排肥器排肥量影响的仿真试验结果,进行最优结构参数组合下的台架试验,结果表明,台架试验排肥量为33.934 g·s-1,与仿真结果相对误差为2.36%,仿真试验结果和台架试验结果基本吻合.研究结果为施加粉状肥料提供理论参考.

In order to address issues such as bridging and ineffective discharge during the application of powdered biochar,a staggered impeller fertilizer applicator was designed.The primary factors influencing the fertilizer discharge rate were determined by constructing a mechanical model of the filling and discharge processes.The discrete element method(EDEM)was used to simulate the fertilizer discharge process,with the discharge rate as the evaluation index.A three-factor,three-level Box-Behnken experiment was conducted,considering the number of grooves,effective working length and rotational speed as influencing factors.The results showed that the order of influence of the factors on the discharge rate was rotational speed>number of grooves>effective working length.Among these,rotational speed had a highly significant effect,while the number of grooves had a significant effect.The optimal structural parameter combination was identified as 7 grooves,an effective working length of 50 mm,and a rotational speed of 62 r·min-1,yielding a fertilizer discharge of 33.132 g·s-1.To verify the simulation results for the effects of structural parameters on the fertilizer discharge of the staggered impeller fertilizer applicator,a bench test was conducted under the optimal structural parameter combination.The bench test results indicated the fertilizer discharge of 33.934 g·s-1,with a relative error of 2.36%compared to the simulation results.The simulation results were consistent with the bench test results.Above results provided theoretical reference for the application of powdered fertilizers.
