干旱胁迫对海岛棉叶绿素荧光参数及产量的影响OA
Effects of Drought stress on Chlorophyll Fluorescence Parameters and Yield of Island Cotton
为研究不同耐旱性海岛棉品种在干旱胁迫条件下叶绿素荧光参数的变化,并揭示不同水分处理下海岛棉叶绿素荧光参数与产量形成的关系,以抗旱品种新78(X78)和敏旱品种鲁泰700Q(LT700Q)为试验材料,采用双因素裂区试验设计,分别设置灌水量为3 150(W1)、3 825(W2)、4 500 m3·hm-2(W3,常规灌水量),研究不同灌水量对不同耐旱性海岛棉品种叶绿素荧光参数及产量影响.结果表明,海岛棉叶片的SPAD值随着滴灌量的减少呈增加趋势,叶片相对含水率及叶绿素荧光参数均随着滴灌量的减少而下降.抗旱品种X78在干旱胁迫条件下产量下降6.87%~20.55%,敏旱品种LT700Q产量下降10.32%~29.40%.由此说明,干旱胁迫会导致海岛棉叶片光系统(photosystem Ⅱ,PSⅡ)反应中心的光抑制损伤,影响光合作用效率,进而导致产量下降,但抗旱品种X78在干旱条件下各生理指标的降幅较小,表明其具有较强的干旱适应能力,能通过维持叶绿素功能、稳定水分状态和光化学效率来减轻干旱对光合作用的负面影响.Mantel分析表明,海岛棉籽棉产量受叶绿素最大荧光(Fm)、可变荧光(Fv)、最大光化学效率(Fv/Fo)影响较大,其中Fm在干旱胁迫条件下与产量及产量构成因素间具有较强的相关性.
To study the changes of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of island cotton varieties with different drought tolerance under drought stress,and to reveal the relationship between chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and yield formation of island cotton under different water treatments,the drought-resistant variety Xin 78(X78)and the drought-sensitive variety Lutai 700Q(LT700Q)were used as materials.A two-factor fissure zone experimental design was adopted,and 3 irrigation amount treatments were set including 3 150(W1),3 825(W2)and 4 500 m3·hm-2(W3,conventional irrigation amount).The effects of different irrigation amount treatments on chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and yield of different varieties with different drought resistances were studied.The results showed that the leaf SPAD value of island cotton increased with the decrease of drip irrigation amount,the relative water content of leaves and the fluorescence parameters of chlorophyll decreased with the decrease of drip irrigation amount.The yield of drought-resistant variety X78 decreased by 6.87%~20.55%under drought stress,and the yield of drought-sensitive variety LT700Q decreased by 10.32%~29.40%.It indicated that drought stress would cause photoinhibition damage of reaction center in photosystem Ⅱ,which affected the photosynthesis efficiency of island cotton and then leaded to decrease of yield.The decreased range of physiological indexes of drought-resistant variety X78 under drought conditions was small,which indicated that it had strong drought adaptability and could reduce the negative impact of drought on photosynthesis by maintaining chlorophyll function,stabilizing water status and photochemical efficiency.Mantel analysis showed that the cottonseed yield of island cotton was greatly affected by maximum fluorescence(Fm),variable fluorescence(Fv)and Fv/Fo,and Fm had strong correlation with yield and yield components under drought stress.
