170份国内外小麦种质资源营养元素成分解析与综合评价OA
Analysis and Comprehensive Evaluation of Nutritional Element Composition in 170 Domestic and Foreign Wheat Germplasm Resources
为精准筛选优异的亲本材料,拓宽国内小麦种质资源的遗传背景,以170份国内外小麦种质资源为试验材料,通过变异分析、相关性分析和主成分分析等对11个营养品质性状进行综合评价.结果表明,11种营养元素含量在170份种质资源中的变异系数为8.55%~36.31%,其中,水溶性阿拉伯木聚糖最高,为36.31%;镁最低,为8.55%.相关性分析表明,11种营养元素中,有9种矿质元素间存在显著相关.综合评价表明,KANRED、辉县红、郑麦9023、豫麦13和NORDIC等在11个营养元素性状中排名靠前.研究结果为品质优异小麦种质资源的选择及优质小麦新品种的选育奠定了理论依据.
To precisely identify elite parental materials and expand the genetic diversity of domestic wheat germplasm,170 domestic and foreign wheat germplasm resources were used as experimental materials.11 nutritional quality traits were systematically analyzed using variation analysis,correlation analysis and principal component analysis.The results showed that the coefficients of variation(CV)were ranging from 8.55%to 36.31%across 11 traits,with water-soluble arabinoxylan exhibiting the highest variability(CV=36.31%)and magnesium exhibiting the lowest(CV=8.55%).The correlation analysis demonstrated that there were significant interrelationships among 9 mineral elements.The comprehensive evaluation indicated that KANRED,Huixianhong,Zhengmai 9023,Yumai 13 and NORDIC were the top-performing accessions for the 11 nutritional traits.Above results laid theoretical basis for the selection of high-quality wheat germplasm resources and the breeding of new high-quality wheat varieties.
