ANCA-associated vasculitis patients complicated with Conidiobolus lamprauges pulmonary infection
发光耳霉(Conidiobolus lamprauges)是引起耳霉病的罕见病原体,所致疾病病死率高,临床治疗困难.国内迄今未见其导致肺部感染的相关报道.本文首次报告1例伴发于抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体(ANCA)相关性血管炎(AAV)患者合并发光耳霉肺部感染病例,旨在提升临床与实验室对该病的诊断与防控能力.
Conidiobolus lamprauges(C.lamprauges)is a rare pathogen that causes conidiobolomycosis,resul-ting in high mortality and difficulty in clinical treatment.There has been no report of pulmonary infection caused by C.lamprauges in China so far.This paper reports for the first time a case of anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody(ANCA)-associated vasculitis patient complicated with C.lamprauges pulmonary infection,aiming to enhance the control capabilities for this disease in clinic and laboratory diagnostics.
