煤电源储耦合调峰系统构建及性能评估OA
Construction and Performance Evaluation of Coal-fired Power Source-storage Coupled Peak Shaving System
燃煤机组通过耦合储热技术可进一步提高机组的灵活调峰能力.为解决煤电耦合储热系统技术路径不明确、性能评估指标不清晰等问题,该文以保障机组安全高效运行为前提构建燃煤机组源储耦合系统模型.采用EBSILON软件建立主蒸汽冷凝加热熔盐(储能)-加热给水(释能)调峰方案仿真模型,通过热力学分析与系统效率评估,揭示储/释能过程对机组运行特性的影响机制.结果表明,该方案在不同负荷区间表现出良好的经济性,综合效率最高可达 116%.在特定负荷范围内综合效率可超过 100%,即耦合系统调峰比机组自身调峰具有更好经济性.储能阶段,熔盐储热系统对机组效率影响较小;而释能阶段,熔盐加热给水会影响机组回热系统,导致系统效率下降.通过合理设计熔盐加热给水比例,可减少替代部分回热带来的效率损失.研究表明,所构建的煤电源储耦合系统方案,可有效提升煤电调峰运行经济性,为煤电源储耦合系统工程应用提供技术和数据支撑.
Coal-fired power plants can be coupled with the heat storage to further improve its flexible peak regulation capacity.In order to solve the problems of unclear technical path and vague performance evaluation index of the coupled coal-fired power and heat storage system,this study constructs a model of the source-storage coupling system for coal-fired power plants on the premise of ensuring the safe and efficient operation.EBSILON software is used to establish a simulation model of main steam condensation for heating molten salt(energy storage)and heating feedwater(energy release),and the influence mechanism of the energy storage and release process on the operation characteristics of the unit is revealed through thermodynamic analysis and system efficiency evaluation.The results show that the scheme exhibits favorable economic performance across different load ranges,and the comprehensive efficiency can reach up to 116%.In specific load ranges,the comprehensive efficiency can exceed 100%,which means the peak shaving of the coupling system is better than the unit itself.During the energy storage phase,the molten salt thermal storage system has little impact on the unit's efficiency;however,during the energy release phase,molten salt heating of the feedwater affects the unit's heat recovery system,leading to a decrease in system efficiency.By reasonably determining the proportion of molten salt heated feedwater,the efficiency loss caused by replacing part of the heat recovery can be reduced.The results prove that the coal-fired power source-storage coupled system proposed in this paper can effectively improve the economic performance of peak shaving operation of the coal-fired power plant,providing technical and data support for the engineering application of such systems.
