并网导则规定风电场站应具备一定的无功支撑能力.为充分合理利用风电场无功支撑能力,有必要对其进行量化评估,以避免能力不足而造成电压越限,或是能力过剩而导致资源浪费.然而,风力资源的波动性和不均匀分布性以及风机的复杂运行状态导致了风电场无功支撑能力难以精准量化评估.为此,首先从理论支撑能力和实际支撑需求 2个评估层次对风电场无功支撑能力合理量化.其次,提出基于Koopman算子的在线评估方法,离线训练阶段通过升维变换将低维空间复杂非线性结构转换为高维空间全局线性化的Koopman算子;在线评估阶段采集实时数据在线优化求解,从而精准计算所定义指标.最后,对并网双馈风电场进行算例分析,评估不同控制方案、不同风速工况等场景下的无功支撑能力.结果表明,所提方法在各复杂工况下均能准确、快速量化评估,且评估结果能进一步提升风电单元级控制和场站级分配的电压支撑效果.

The power grid mandates that wind farms must have a certain level of reactive support capability.To effectively utilize this capability,it is necessary to quantitatively assess it to prevent voltage limit violations due to insufficient capability or resource wastage due to excess capability.However,accurately assessing this capability is challenging due to the variability of wind resources and complex turbine operations.To address this issue,the paper first provides a reasonable quantification of the reactive support capability at two assessment levels:theoretical support capability and actual support demand.It then proposes an online assessment method based on the Koopman operator.During offline training,this method linearizes complex nonlinear structures into Koopman operators in high-dimensional space.In the online phase,real-time data optimizes these assessments.Finally,a case study analysis of grid-connected doubly-fed wind farm is conducted to evaluate the reactive support capability under different control schemes and wind speed conditions.The simulation shows that the proposed method can accurately and quickly quantify assessments under various complex conditions,and the evaluation results can further enhance voltage support at both the wind unit level and the station level.
