湖羊FecB基因多态性与产羔数和羔羊早期生长发育的关联分析OA
Association Analysis between FecB Gene Polymorphisms and Litter Size,Early Growth and Development in Hu Sheep
为研究湖羊成年母羊群体中FecB基因的多态性及遗传规律,分析FecB基因型与湖羊产羔性能的关系,并评价该基因型对湖羊羔羊和乌湖F1羊(乌骨羊♂×湖羊♀)羔羊生长发育的影响,试验采用SNaPshot高通量分型技术,对江苏泰州某湖羊种羊场成年湖羊母羊群、湖羊羔羊群和乌湖杂交(乌骨羊♂×湖羊♀)F1羔羊群的FecB基因进行分型,统计FecB基因在该种羊场群体中的分布情况,结合湖羊成年母羊的产羔数据和初生、2月龄、6月龄羔羊的体尺体重数据,分析FecB基因与成年母羊产羔数及羔羊早期生长发育的相关性.结果表明,湖羊成年母羊的FecB基因存在GG、AG和AA三种基因型,且GG基因型的产羔率极显著高于AG基因型母羊(P<0.01).湖羊羔羊的FecB基因存在GG和AG两种基因型,GG基因型羔羊初生时的体重、体高、体长和管围均显著低于AG基因型羔羊(P<0.05);2月龄GG基因型羔羊的体重、体高、体长和胸围均显著低于AG基因型羔羊(P<0.05);6月龄GG基因型羔羊的体重、体高、体长、胸围和管围与AG基因型羔羊的差异均不显著(P>0.05).乌湖F1羔羊的FecB基因存在AG和AA两种基因型,AG基因型个体的初生体重和体尺均显著低于AA基因型羔羊(P<0.05);2月龄AG基因型羔羊的体重和体高均显著低于AA基因型羔羊(P<0.05);6月龄AG基因型羔羊的体重体尺指标与AA基因型羔羊间差异均不显著(P>0.05).综上所述,FecB基因是影响湖羊产羔率的主效基因,与湖羊和乌湖杂交F1羊早期生长性状存在相关性,但随着羔羊月龄的增加,FecB基因对其生长发育的影响呈减弱趋势.
To investigate the polymorphism and inheritance pattern of the FecB gene in adult Hu sheep ewes,analyze the relationship between genotype and lambing performance,and evaluate the impact of genotype on the growth and de-velopment of Hu sheep lambs and W×H(Wugu sheep♂×Hu sheep ♀)F1 crossbred lambs,this study employed the SNaPshot high-throughput genotyping technique to genotype the FecB gene in adult Hu sheep,Hu sheep lambs,and W×H F1 crossbred lambs from a Hu sheep breeding farm in Taizhou,Jiangsu province.The distribution of the FecB gene in the sheep population was statistically analyzed.Combined with the lambing data of adult Hu sheep ewes and the body measurement and weight data of lambs at birth,2 months and 6 months of age,the correlation between the FecB gene and lambing number in adult Hu sheep ewes as well as early growth and development was examined.The re-sults showed that the FecB gene in adult Hu sheep ewes exhibited three genotypes GG,AG,and AA.The lambing rate of GG genotype ewes was significantly higher than that of AG genotype ewes(P<0.01).In the Hu sheep lamb popula-tion,the FecB gene had two genotypes GG and AG.The GG genotype individuals had significantly lower weight,body height,body length,and cannon bone circumference than the AG genotype lambs at birth(P<0.05).At 2 months of age,the GG genotype individuals also had significantly lower body weight,body height,body length,and chest circumfer-ence than the AG genotype lambs(P<0.05).However,no significant differences were observed in body weight,body height,body length,chest circumference,or cannon bone circumference between the two genotypes at 6 months of age lambs(P>0.05).In the W×H F1 crossbred lamb population,the FecB gene had two genotypes:AG and AA.The AG genotype individuals had significantly lower birth weight and body measurements than the AA genotype lambs(P<0.05).At 2 months of age,the AG genotype individuals also had significantly lower body weight and body height than the AA genotype lambs(P<0.05).However,no significant differences were observed in body weight and body measure-ments between the two genotypes lambs at 6 months of age(P>0.05).In conclusion,the FecB gene is a major gene in-fluencing the lambing rate in Hu sheep and is associated with early growth traits in both Hu sheep and W×H crossbred lambs.The influence of the FecB gene on lamb growth and development tends to diminish as the lambs mature.
