马铃薯地上及地下匍匐茎的转录组分析OA

为揭示马铃薯地上部与地下部匍匐茎的转录组差异及其关联的发育调控机制,以纯合马铃薯品系M9为材料,对其地上部和地下部匍匐茎进行转录组测序分析.差异表达基因分析共获得1 243个差异表达基因,且地上部匍匐茎基因表达水平整体高于地下部.GO富集分析显示,地上部差异表达基因主要富集于光合作用和光捕获等生物学过程;地下部则富集于淀粉生物合成及苯丙烷代谢等.KEGG富集分析表明,地上部显著富集到光合作用—天线蛋白以及碳固定等通路,而地下部则以淀粉合成和次生代谢产物生物合成为主.研究结果为解析马铃薯匍匐茎特化发育机制及"窜箭"现象防控提供了理论基础.

To reveal the transcriptomic differences between above-ground and below-ground stolons of potato and their associated developmental regulatory mechanisms,this study conducted transcriptome sequencing a-nalysis on above-ground(M9-UP)and below-ground(M9-DOWN)stolons using the homozygous potato line M9 as experimental material.A total of 1 243 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)were identified through differential expression analysis,with the overall gene expression level in above-ground stolons being higher than that in below-ground stolons.GO enrichment analysis showed that DEGs in above-ground stolons were mainly enriched in biological processes such as photosynthesis and light capture,while those in below-ground stolons were enriched in starch biosynthesis,phenylpropane metabolism,and other processes.KEGG enrich-ment analysis indicated that above-ground stolons were significantly enriched in pathways such as photosyn-thesis-antenna proteins and carbon fixation,whereas below-ground stolons were mainly associated with starch synthesis and secondary metabolite biosynthesis.The results of this study provide a theoretical basis for eluci-dating the specialized developmental mechanism of potato stolons and the prevention and control of the"stolon escaping"phenomenon.
