液相色谱-三重四极杆质谱法测定滇池水体中3种微囊藻毒素OA
Determination of Three Microcystins in Dianchi Lake Water by Liquid Chromatography-Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometry
建立了一种基于液相色谱-三重四极杆质谱法应用于滇池水体中3种重要(微囊藻毒素)MCs的检测方法.水样在-20 ℃条件下冻融3次后,经0.22 μm聚醚砜滤膜过滤,直接进样分析,省去复杂前处理步骤.采用外标法定量,单个样品分析时长仅7 min.结果表明,3种MCs标准曲线线性相关系数R2均大于0.999;方法检出限为0.002~0.003 μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.4%~1.9%,精密度良好;滇池实际水样加标回收率为83.4%~108%.该方法操作简便、快速灵敏,可有效应用于滇池水体中微囊藻毒素的快速检测.
A method based on liquid chromatography-tandem quadrupole mass spectrometry(LC-QQQ-MS)was established for the detec-tion of three important microcystins(MCs)in Dianchi Lake water.The water samples were frozen and thawed three times at-20 ℃,then fil-tered through a 0.22 μmpoly ethersulfone membrane and directly injected for analysis,eliminating the need for complex pretreatment steps.Quantification was performed using the external standard method,and the analysis time for a single sample was only 7 minutes.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients(R2)of the standard curves of the three MCs were all greater than 0.999;the method detection limits were 0.002-0.003 μg/L,with relative standard deviations(RSD)ranging from 0.4%to 1.9%,indicating good precision;the spiked recoveries of actual water samples from Dianchi Lake were 83.4%-108%.This method is simple,rapid,and sensitive,and can be effectively applied to the rapid detection of microcystins in Dianchi Lake water.
