双液系气液平衡相图实验的改进与优化OA
Improvement and Optimization of the Experiment on Gas-Liquid Equilibrium Phase Diagram of Binary Liquid Systems
针对"双液系气液平衡相图"传统实验教学中存在的不足,探究了引入磁力搅拌功能对乙醇-环己烷二元体系相图绘制及气液平衡建立时间的影响.结果表明,打开磁力搅拌功能后可显著缩短乙醇-环己烷体系气液平衡的建立时间,并提高溶液沸点测量的准确性,从而有效提升该实验的教学效果及数据的可靠性.
In response to the limitations inherent in the conventional experimental teaching of vapor-liquid equilibrium phase diagrams for bina-ry liquid systems,this study investigates the impact of incorporating magnetic stirring on both the phase diagram determination and the time re-quired to establish vapor-liquid equilibrium in the ethanol-cyclohexane system.The results demonstrate that activation of the magnetic stirring function significantly reduces the time needed to achieve vapor-liquid equilibrium and enhances the accuracy of boiling point measurements.Consequently,the overall effectiveness of the experimental teaching and the reliability of the collected data are notably improved.
