石油烃污染土壤是全球面临的重大环境问题,利用外源电子受体硝酸根诱导微生物进行石油污染土壤的厌氧修复已展现出重要的应用潜力.系统介绍了硝酸根诱导微生物修复石油污染土壤的机理,硝酸根刺激微生物降解土壤石油烃的主要影响因素以及未来的研究方向.
Petroleum hydrocarbon contaminated soil is a major environmental problem faced globally.The anaerobic remediation of petroleum contaminated soil by inducing microorganisms with exogenous electron acceptors such as nitrate has shown significant application potential.This article systematically introduces the mechanism of nitrate-induced microbial remediation of petroleum-contaminated soil,the main influencing factors of nitrate-stimulated microbial degradation of petroleum hydrocarbons in soil,and the future research directions.
