高校教师数字教材使用评价指标体系建构OA
Construction of an Evaluation Index System for University Teachers' Use of Digital Textbooks
数字教材是推进高等教育数字化的重要载体.建构科学合理的高校教师数字教材使用评价指标体系,对于揭示教师使用行为特征、识别关键影响因素、促进数字教材推广具有重要意义.本研究采用混合研究设计:首先,基于文献型扎根理论方法进行三级编码,建构初始指标体系;其次,基于专家征询,运用模糊德尔菲法对指标进行筛选与修正,并结合层次分析法确定指标权重,形成包含4个一级指标、10个二级指标和35个三级指标的指标体系;再次,基于高校教师问卷数据,采用主成分分析与熵权法计算各指标权重,并检验其与专家赋权结果的一致性,同时分析不同教师群体的权重偏好差异,以识别权重优化方向.研究结果表明:该指标体系呈现出质量导向、需求导向与应用导向的三重特征;操作友好性、科学性、智能性与培训质量等指标为教师在真实使用情境中的关注重点;学科门类与高校类型是影响指标偏好的主要差异来源.基于此,研究从内容建设、技术赋能、用户体验、制度保障及评价更新五个方面提出建议,以期为高校数字教材的开发与推广提供参考依据.
Digital textbook serves as a key vehicle for advancing the digital transformation of higher education.Constructing a scientifically grounded evaluation index system for university teachers' use of digital textbooks is essential for gaining deep insights into teachers' usage behaviors,identifying key factors influencing their use,and promoting the adoption of digital textbooks.This study employs the mixed methods research design.First,a three-level coding process based on literature-grounded theory was con-ducted to construct an initial indicator framework.Subsequently,the fuzzy Delphi method was used to screen and refine the indicators,and the analytic hierarchy process was applied to determine indicator weights,resulting in a hierarchical index system comprising 4 first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators,and 35 third-level indicators.Furthermore,based on survey data collected from uni-versity teachers,principal component analysis and the entropy weight method were employed to calculate indicator weights and exam-ine their consistency with expert-derived weights.In addition,differences in weight preferences among different teacher groups were analyzed to identify directions for weight optimization.The results indicate that the evaluation system exhibits characteristics of quality orientation,demand orientation,and application orientation.Indicators such as user-friendliness,scientific rigor,intelligence,and training quality are of primary concern of teachers in real practice.Furthermore,disciplinary categories and institutional types are i-dentified as the main source of variation in indicator preference.Based on these findings,this study proposes five recommendations from the perspectives of content quality development,technology empowerment,user experience,institutional support,and evaluation system iteration,with the aim of providing references for the development and promotion of digital textbooks in higher education.
